This newsletter highlights NC Serves Metrolina, as it has been in operation the longest and has significant accomplishments. NC Serves Metrolina serves counties where 129,638 Service Members, Veterans, and their families (SMVFs) live. Charlotte Bridge Home is the Coordination Center and has signed up 52 participating organizations and 187 participating practitioners in health care, education, housing, employment, benefits, recreation, and legal services. An average of 102 unique Service Members, Veterans, and family members have entered the network each month, with a total of 1224 SMVFs served. In the first year, provider referrals increased by 8%, with a total of 2,481 referrals. The Coordination Center sees walk-ins at 2200 E. 7th Street, Charlotte, and SMVFs may call 1-855-425-8838 from 8:30 am to 4:30pm daily. For more information.
